German TV channel VOX visits Bushhouse
Voxtours, the popular German travel programme, which is known for reporting authentic and cultural aspects of holiday destinations, visited Bushhouse on 26th/27th November while filming a documentary about Madagascar. The programme, which usually has different guest hosts, was presented by the familiar German film and TV personalities Hannes Jaenicke and Tina Bordihn.
During their stay, they had the opportunity to visit the Palmarium - a natural botanical garden inhabited by a wide variety of lemurs. Thereafter they visited a local school, discovered the carnivorous plants, and took a short adventure ride on the Indian Ocean by pirogue - a traditional canoe dugout from a tree trunk.

The broadcast was shown in January and July 2006. Further information about the broadcast and visit to Bushhouse can be found on Voxtours website (in German language).
Bushhouse Madagascar was pleased to have the Voxtours team stay at our facility and we hope that it will help inspire their viewers.
